About Us
SeaStar Studio is a boutique studio in St Andrews Beach on the Mornington Peninsula. Only a short drive from Rye, it is set amongst the ti-tree close to the back beach.
The word ‘SeaStar’ is a beloved term used in place of the word ‘sister’. Typically used by someone who loves the ocean and finds this word more fun to say.
SeaStar Studio embraces all SeaStars and Brothers, whatever shape, age, size, whether you are fit or have never exercised, whether you can bend yourself like a pretzel or whether you are as stiff as a board. We aim for everyone who attends our classes to feel comfortable, move fearlessly and most importantly, have fun.
If you would like to get rid of back pain, hip pain, knee pain (the list goes on); feel fit and healthy; and look and feel great, then SeaStar is the place for you!
Our classes have a limit of ten for mat classes and seven for reformer classes, so you will receive the attention you deserve.
We acknowledgment the Boon Wurrung and Bunurung people of the Kulin Nation as the traditional custodians of the country where we work, whose cultures are among the oldest living cultures in human history. We pay our respects to their Elders and all Kulin nations people past, present and emerging.
