SeaStar Studio embraces all SeaStars and Brothers, whatever shape, age, size, whether you are fit or have never exercised, whether you can bend yourself like a pretzel or whether you are as stiff as a board. We aim for everyone who attends our classes to feel comfortable, move fearlessly and most importantly, have fun.

We acknowledgment the Boon Wurrung and Bunurung people of the Kulin Nation as the traditional custodians of the country where we work, whose cultures are among the oldest living cultures in human history. We pay our respects to their Elders and all Kulin nations people past, present and emerging.
Reformer classes:
Reformer Flow - Our signature class. Reformer Flow delivers a strong, steady-paced Pilates workout that builds core strength, mobility and endurance through seamless movement and control. This class focuses on fluid transitions and full body engagement, challenging our stability, coordination and flexibility without sacrificing intensity. Perfect for those who want a low-impact yet athletic Reformer session that keeps the body moving and the muscles moving. Suitable for all levels.
Reformer Fit - A high-energy class that blends Reformer Pilates with strength-building and heart-pumping cardio. Expect a full-body workout that uses resistance and dynamic movement to improve endurance, and increase overall strength, This class will leave you feeling strong, energised and balanced. It is advisable that you attend two Reformer Stretch or Reformer Flow classes prior to attending Reformer Fit.
Reformer Strong - A dynamic, full-body workout that focuses on building strength through controlled Reformer exercises. This class uses resistance to engage and challenge your muscles from head to toe. Ideal for those looking to increase overall strength and performance. Reformer Strong will help you push your limits and see real results. Suitable for al levels.
Reformer Stretch - A restorative, mobility-focused class designed to release tension, improve flexibility, and enhance range of motion using the support and resistance of the Reformer. With a focus on slow, controlled movements and deep stretches, this class helps lengthen muscles, reduce stiffness, and promote recovery. Ideal for all levels, especially after intense training or as part of an active recovery routine.
Parents and Bubs - These classes are for all mums post-birth once you have had the all clear from your specialist or GP. Dads or other caregivers are also welcome, It is a great way to get back into exercise without having to find a babysitter! It is most suitable for parents with babies unable to crawl. Babies can be on a mat, in a pram or a capsule. We are happy to help settle bub so as you can exercise comfortably. Older pre-school children are also welcome if they are able to sit happily in the class. Please email or call if you would like to arrange a group class.
Mat Pilates classes:
Mat Pilates - This energising class focuses on building strength, flexibility and control through low impact movements. Sometimes using small props such as rings or balls, or utilising the ballet barre, each session offers variety and added challenge to keep the body engaged. Suitable for all fitness levels, this class supports overall conditioning and helps you move with greater ease and confidence.
Clinical Pilates:
1:1 Clinical Pilates class - Clinical Pilates is a for of exercise that focuses on core stability, balance, control, strength and flexiblity. Guided by a qualified instructor, this class is tailored to suit individual needs and address specific issues or physical conditions. Unlike general Pilates, Clinical Pilates incorporates personalised assessment and treatment principals to ensure movement supports recovery and long-term physical health. Ideal for those managing chronic pain, recovering from injury, or looking to enhance functional movement in a safe, supporting environment. Classes are low-impact, equipment based or at-based, and designed to help you move better and feel stronger. Please contact us to arrange an appointment.

1:1 or 2:1 private class - A private class offers personalised attention and a tailored workout experience to meet your specific goals. Whether you're new to Reformer Pilates or looking to deepen your practice, this session focuses on your individual needs, from improving strength and flexibility to enhancing performance.
